Paddling is the most basic part of SUP. However, if done incorrectly, it can cause injury and limit your speed and efficiency. Even if you have been paddling for years, small tweaks can make a huge difference to your stroke. Even if you’re a seasoned veteran, it is always important to move back to the basics and improve/ tweak / add new skills to your skill set.

• Look at a the basic stroke and break it down into components
• Practice drills that focus on each part of the stroke
• Lay the foundation of skills so you can practice on your own
• Teach you drills that you can take home and practice
• Teach basic and advanced steering strokes
• Improve the power and efficiency of your stroke
• Small Group size so that each person will get one on one
• Fun and open environment
