Floating yoga classes begin running every Saturday at 10:30AM (weather permitting) with each class beginning with a beach warm-up, instruction on anchor use, launching and basic stroke techniques. Class on the water follows and students will be given time to continue relaxing or paddling for 30-minutes after class. There is incredible value in this offering and all levels are welcome as we build the yoga class from the board up with options to remain seated or with hands, knees and feet on the board. Participants should be prepared to fall in the water, although most don’t unless attempting more challenging standing poses. All levels and abilities welcome. Our main goal is to celebrate being on the water.
