Stand Up Paddle Board school, tours and rentals experiences. We offer both self-guided rentals with basic beach-side lessons and professionally led group excursions, on lakes throughout Jasper National Park. Qualified Paddle Canada instructors offer skill improvement courses, guided boutique tours, SUP yoga and fitness classes. Rental location is Lake Edith public beach down Lake Annette Rd.

SHIPPING + Returns

Shipping Details for Translucid Adventures E-Commerce Store:

Flat rate shipping for inflatable paddle board packages is currently $50 within Canada. Merchandise or other safety equipment items are available for $10 flat rate shipping. We do not currently ship carbon fibre paddles; paddles are only available for purchase to residents of Jasper, Hinton or Valemount with door-to-door delivery.

We only ship equipment including boards, paddles, and safety equipment such as leashes and PFDs, within Canada.

Area residents of Jasper & Hinton can elect to have products delivered to their door at no charged based on weekly delivery schedules. Valemount and area residents can elect to have an item delivered to their door for a fee of only $5 on a once per week schedule. Contact us by email or text message 780-852-3509 for more details on local delivery days.

Return Policies: If a product isn't to your liking or satisfaction you may contact us by email with details and/or photos in order to receive a return authorization and return the item within 15 days of receiving your package.

Shipping on return of items will be payed for by the purchaser if a full refund is being requested, unless the product was damaged or the product does not match the order made in our online store. If a product arrives damaged or the wrong colour/ incorrect size/ incorrect item from what was ordered in our online store, we'll happily pay for the full cost of the exchange to get you the proper item.

More than 15 days after delivery, or if you’ve unpacked and used your BADFISH product, any warranty issues or manufacturing defects are best addressed by contacting BADFISH SUP directly. If you're uncertain about how to proceed please feel free to contact us directly via email with explanations of your problem and the date of purchase of your BADFISH product. EXCHANGES

Exchanges based on ill-fit: If an item is order and shipped correct to size, but the size does not suit the purchaser's needs, then the return shipping will be paid for by the purchaser and the replacement size will be shipped no-charge by Translucid Adventures as long as the shipping address for exchanging the item is within Canada.

At this time, all Translucid Adventures hats and toques are one size fits all, so sizing issues will be treated as a refund based on dissatisfaction with the product.

All Blackfish Paddles on the Translucid Adventures web site are adjustable paddles that will fit the majority of adult customers. Please read the specifications if you are looking for a paddle to fit an individual under 5ft or over 6ft. Don't hesitate to email with specific measurements before ordering to make sure these "universally" sized products will actually suit your specific needs.


BADFISH Warranty

Badfish Inflatable SUP Warranty

Badfish is proud the quality of our products and we stand behind our inflatable boards. We offer a limited warranty against any defect in workmanship or materials, to the original purchaser, covering three years from original purchase date. Warranty claims are to be processed through the Badfish Retailer from which the original purchase was made. Retailers are then asked to contact the Badfish Customer Service Team to validate and approve the claim.

Badfish will determine if the defect falls under the warranty guidelines after information is submitted or product has been received by Badfish. Credit will be issued or replacement will be sent after the product is deemed defective at the manufacturing/construction level.

Inflatable boards will develop natural wear and tear and the materials may breakdown over time. As with any inflatable product, they will not last forever, but taking good care of a board can help extend its life.

Badfish’s limited warranty does NOT cover the following:

  • Damage due to normal wear and tear.

  • Punctures and/or previous repairs.

  • Damage due to improper care, handling, or storage.

  • Damage due to excessive heat exposure including direct sunlight, extended amount of time in car and/or board bag.

  • Cosmetic blemishes.

  • Damage caused by anything other than defects in material and/or workmanship.
