Blackfish Salish 460cm2 UD Carbon Paddle is a two-piece paddle that combines a high aspect shape with a teardrop into a 460cm2 blade size. Originally designed as a blade shape for smaller paddlers, the Salish has a carbon filament shaft and a fibreglass (texalium) blade designed to be more affordable yet still lightweight.
The clamp on the adjustable shaft is unique to Blackfish; designed not to crush the shaft but to hold it securely in place without damaging its integrity.
